Everyday is an irony
Something you can’t see through me
To you these thoughts are just unnecessary complexity

You don’t understand this self-imposed poverty
And why I devote myself to my art wholly

You don’t blend in with my sometimes overly eccentric friends
You find them weird and you despise them

You don’t get my open mind
Slice me up and you will find
Self-expression is my number one thing

I don’t follow rules and I am so opinionated
And I don’t care as much what people think and say
